I have been attending The Actors’s Center of Asheville for about 4 years now and can’t express my gratitude for this place. I started off shadowing Kevin’s classes as part of my senior project in highschool. Murphy saw something in little 17 year old me and encouraged me to keep coming after my project was complete. This is a place of love and community that will show you anyone can be an actor with dedication and the skill set this studio will teach you. 70% of your classmates are also working on their own projects so the networking aspect is never ending. I was hesitant to join TACA initially when I had first moved back home. A little over a year later and I can't imagine not being among these amazing teachers and students. Not only do the teachers have wonderful skills and technique that they pass along to us but they also have obvious love for acting and it is infectious.
