This place is absolutely fantastic! I have been here twice this year as I drive from Tennessee to Kansas City, Missouri to see my granddaughters and son and daughter-in-law. Their cheeses are absolutely wonderful smooth and creamy. Great taste. They have a tremendous selection of a varied flavors and spices. My granddaughter loves the salami cheddar. My son loves the smoked Gouda and smoked cheddar and even the ghost pepper. I really like the horseradish cheddar is extremely creamy and very tasty not overwhelming.Everything seems to be absolutely great and you can sample anything that you want. The staff is extremely helpful and they’ve got other selections of meats and cheeses and cookies. They also have some little knickknacks and things to shop for. Absolutely incredible quark style cheese. If you love cream cheese and want to try something similar but just a little bit more intense on flavor, give their quark a try. We always stop at the Cheese Store in Sweet Springs when travelling through Missouri and load up on plenty of Hemme Brothers products. If only Hy-Vee carried their brand up...
