Checked online to see about a sprinkler part. It shows part is in stock, I call to verify they have part. I’m told yes. I go to store ask for this part and I’m told they don’t carry that part but they would sell me the whole set up. So they wouldn’t sell me the seven dollar part but they would yet sell me the $26 part which is way more than what I needed. I explained that it showed me they had the part online, that I called and verified they had the part and then once there said they don’t carry that part and the kid behind the counter was more interested in what was going on on the computer then helping out a customer. He told me to go ahead and order it on line. Great service kid. For a small store in a small town you would think they would be interested in keeping customers instead of pissing them off. I know I’m just one customer but I’m not going back. And word of mouth travels fast when it comes to service. I will take his advice and order online. IT JUST WONT BE WITH STANDARD...

Maybe you need to be in the old-boys club to get some service but they either didn't know what they had/sold or they just didn't care since I was a new face (just a home owner, not in a plumbing business).

I've been in there three times so far with the same result each time and now I'm willing to drive to Pocatello or Idaho Falls and pass these guys just because their attitudes were that bad.

And if you get there within 10 minutes of closing time, don't expect to get through the locked doors with the lights off. So I guess I've been there more like 5 times but only inside...
