I would never have Abby do my nails. I have a long story but the bottom line is I had a gift certificate expiring. I was not able to use it before it expired. The management suggested to me when I called that I could prepay from the certificate for the pedicure and facial that I wanted. I agreed to their thoughtful solution. The person performing the facial moved. I lost that money which was understandable. When I started seeing Cahlie who is a wonderful stylist a year later I checked on the pedicure. I was told that I I still use it anytime as I had already paid for the service. I decided to use it today which is a year after I checked on it. Upfront before the service I told Abby about it. She did the pedicure. Then she left before my nails dried sending her manager to say I would have to pay again. She could have told me this before I started but she chose to be dishonest. In addition, the pedicure was one of the worst half done pedicures I have ever had. I paid twice for it so it should have been wonderful. I would never return to her. Unfortunately did not a great experience there today. My husband scheduled a facial and a deep conditioning treatment for my hair as a Mother’s Day surprise. Got there and the lady said hi and went ahead and said that she was surprised to see us on the schedule being that she didn’t have time to do a facial and a hair treatment. My husband booked a week and a half and advance. If they overbooked, it’s not on us! She said she could only wash my hair and send my home on a wet hair and not blow dry it. We went and I got my facial done, she even said: I hope I didn’t ruin your day! I told her I didn’t want my hair washed only because I was there to get the whole thing, treatment and all. She was fine with that. When she was done she said l: I’m sorry the mask didn’t stay on your face long, I’ve got another app. So yeah, had to leave and find somewhere else that took walk ins to do my hair cause I was going out on a date after that and needed my hair done. Do not come here to get your nails done. The service was not worth the price at all. They don’t offer gel pedicures and don’t tell you until you arrive there. The products used can be found at dollar tree. they did not have a manicurists do my nails…it was a cosmetologist. It was not that she was a mean lady at all, but the services were just not worth the money especially if it was not the register manicurist who was going to be providing the service. We booked ahead and could have been told that the manicurists would not be in that day. I do not recommend going there. Save your money and take your business elsewhere! I also talk the the owner (I forget her name) and she was trying to justify the service I received even after showing her a picture of the service. I had to ask her multiple times if she would pay 45 dollars for the nails that I had gotten and she did not answer until the 5th time I asked. Just bad service all around.
