Leighty's Boot Warehouse — Local services in Blair Township

So I have wanted to patronize Leighty's Boot Outlet for quite some time. I mean I always loved setting up a table and experiencing thier flea market. And their farm market is second to none. Plus the entertainment they offer at Halloween, with thier haunted house attraction, is great as well.

So, all in all, I deemed them more than worthy of my patronage. So after looking online and doing research on the Rocky line of boots, I decided that is what I wanted.

I originally was looking for the Rocky Ranger boot, but that was out of stock. I did more research and found that their was an excellent, but more expensive, boot called the Rocky BEARCLAW.

I called to inquire and it turned out that they were having a sale on that exact boot in the exact size I needed.

They had the boot offered at $147 which was like $70 off the retail price of $219.

So I requested they hold the boot till I got to the store.....which they did.

So I happily laid down the 147 bucks and got a great pair of boots. They carry other brands too at great prices. Plus they back thier merchandise with a limited warranty.

You just cant go wrong patronizing your local businessses when you have the wherewithal to do so. Im glad I did.

still a large selection of boots ,but they have removed the stock from the floor now .which requires you to deal with a sales person (sale reps. were very nice), which was one of the assets of shopping there at your on pace-the real kicker came when went to purchase a pair of boots and they won't take a check anymore -understand they have had a few bad checks ,but that is no reason to discriminate against others.been writing checks for 45 years and NEVER bounced one. i offered for them to call my bank and verify i had enough funds in the bank to cover my check ,but they still refused ! folks checks ARE cash in the good old U.S.A. -this is discrimination -!! I am a business person and understand business and in today's technology there are ways and means to handle these situations without punishing...

This place sells a variety of clothing. Most of it is brand name though so it is a little pricey. Carhart,wrangler, and Colombian is some of the brands they carry. Do sell some ammo there as well. Offer a wide variety of boots there to. Irish setter, carhartt, red wing,Carolina etc. Sell gloves, coats hunting clothing, lined overalls, jeans, hoodies. Also in the Warner months there is a big flea market right out back from the store. There is a rest room available and I believe a fitting room. Staff has always been friendly when I've been there. Do have a parking lot. The is handicap parking as well. Pretty easy to notice from the road if driving by. There is a huge boot outside the building that is really...
