Youker Farm Market — Local services in Blair Township

Love this locally owned farm store. Mrs. Youker's pies are amazing, and the seeds she sells are both affordable and well adapted to the local growing conditions. I'm still pretty new to gardening, and so far I haven't had great success starting anything from seed. However, the seeds I've planted from Mrs. Youker's store all germinated quickly, and the plants are healthy and growing fast! Wish I'd known sooner to buy local seeds instead of commercially available ones you get on Amazon or from big box stores. Mrs. Youker herself is also a wealth of knowledge, and I wish I'd been able to take notes when I bought my first seeds, because she told me exactly when and how...

Despite the open sign, I walked in with my partner to a store that appeared to not have been running for months. The shelves were scarce with old products.
