Update: 11/24/22 We again boarded our fur babies with Puppy Paradise Blakely. And I have never seen them so happy to be somewhere other than running around our home. Thanks again to the wonderful staff - specifically: Ashley (the manager),Trinity, Megan, Danielle, Heather, and Delina who watched over them on their stay. It means everything to use to know they were so well cared for! We highly recommend Puppy paradise and the staff at the Blakely location- and their window rooms! We boarded our 3 dogs at Puppy Paradise Moosic location for 9 days and we are SO happy we found them. We have two senior dogs English Bulldog (12), Mix (9) and a 3 year old English bulldog. They took excellent care of our pets - we have never had them returned to us in such good condition. Skin folds were wiped, meds were given and they even returned with a bath. They are happy - no hair loss or nervous behaviors or accidents since returning home. Staff had Excellent communication. We loved the option to have photos texted to us and updated. My dog stayed there one night at the Blakely location and came home smelling so strongly of urine it was sickening. She would not have an accident if she was let out the “8” times they say they are. She hasn’t had an accident in over 11 months but in one day she in covered? Doesn’t add up and neither does no call back on the matter. I had a bad feeling touring the place and I blame myself for trusting them. She also ate her water bowl which is alarming? Tried calling 3 times the night she stayed and no answer or reply? I’m convinced someone isn’t there 24/7 as they say. I have a few day passes to doggy daycare left but she won’t be returning. She came home the last day she was at the Moosic location with dried blood on her back legs and leaving a trail dripping behind her. She went into her first heat while there and no worker can tell me if they noticed or if any male dogs went after her? They said a man would get back to me and when I followed up they said he doesn’t remember it...
