Before I took my PlayStation 5 to this place, I read the reviews and seemed like a nice and professional place. PLEASE WATCH OUT FOR THIS GUYS. They tried to fix my PlayStation 5 and could not fix it, and left it disassembled with more than 15 bolts missing internally. The only thing valuable I had left in my PlayStation was the SD Memory card ($90). When he gave my PlayStation when i picked it up, i notice it was missing it. I went back in the store and asked him where my SD card was, so he asked my to bring my PlayStation back inside and that he would install it. He did install a SD card the didn't work and just removed the sticker from my old SD card and put it on the damaged one. I didn't notice it was different until i had to go back and buy a new one and notice that the one he gave was not the same brand. I went to the store to speak to the person and wasn't there. I told the guy in charge that i would post this review and said no one would believe me. So basically they steal internal components from your electronics without you noticing it. My phone has been acting funky for months, finally broke down & called to see if they could fix it. They said maybe lol. Went up there & they kept my phone 3 hours, replaced the bad parts and so far it's all good again + said their work is guaranteed if it messes up, bring it back & they'll fix it again YAY!
