Dont move here shots fired all th3 time police n management do NOTHING. If you value ur family's lives do not move here. It is not safe. &We never have water, it's Constantly shut off and contaminated. It is a junkyard MOVE ANYWHERE BUT HERE. Never have water or toilets !! Don't bother growing a garden to eat during a pandemic because they will weedwack it down! I am disabled and have been out of work for a while but I've paid rent on time for over 5 years and they continue to cut down my food and medicine. They ensured me when I moved in and signed a contract that having a garden was ok! Tired of not having water or toilets Shut it off at least once a week Never move here High rent and flat rate high water costs, one person pays same for water as a 8 person family, but never have water on. Also My yard has been like this for several months and this is after I spent weeks cleaning it up. Please do not live here. 1000 a month for complete trash property trash management and LIES. Mowed my food garden down to nothing including my strawberry plants and charge me hundreds of dollars to mow my lawn after agreeing they would not until it was cleaned up but left all our yards like this for months. And refuse to clean it up, still.. Raise the lot rent twice a year if u value ur money sanity and property do not move here . Complete...

Currently staying at this mobile home park and I am in agreement with the rest of the awful reviews. First moved here last August (which was almost a 4 month process from constantly trying to catch and talk to someone about my application, plus them loosing my information duringthe process), and it hasn't been pleasant at all. When you rent, they do these inspections, where they are SUPPOSED to give you a 7 day notice for before coming. They came into my home unannounced, then claimed to have left 2 letters on the door. To which, they did not. Everyday I get off of work and look just to see if anything has come from the village and it NEVER DID. Have also spoken woth others in this park, claiming to have had that same issue. Besides that, I've been having some issues within the home. Constantly calling, even gone up there to see if there's someone I can talk to about it and never get anywhere with my issues. Some days, I've gone up there and the door was locked (this was not during their lunch break) and I would literally see staff in there just looking at me and would refuse to say anything. I am so disappointed as I was going to purchase a property, but then changed my mind due to my experience with one sales consultant, Lisa. I went in with a completed application on July 9. After submitting the application, Lisa told me to check back within 2 weeks. I called and emailed to follow up, but to my surprise, there was no response. I even called customer service, which rarely answers the phone, to follow up on the inquiry, only to be told that my application was not even processed.

I finally got in contact with someone, and afterward, I finally received a response from Lisa, only for her to ask for more verification of income after another week. It has now been 4 weeks since my initial contact, and all of a sudden, she has an approval. She offers one listing which she claims is the only listing available, then says it's not ready and hasn't been inspected. When I asked if she had more listings, she responded with no. I politely declined the offer, and she responded with a long-winded email as if she was doing me a favor.

I would not recommend this company or sales consultant to anyone unless you want a prolonged process and to be treated like...
