Storage Rentals of America — Local services in Bloom Township

I’ve been renting a storage locker for years at this location. It was red dot before (which was very good) and now it is storage rentals of America. I haven’t had issues until this company bought the location. So far I’ve left multiple messages and called multiple times asking for them to turn the heat on in the climate controlled buildings. And yet nothing has changed. I pay extra to have climate control and it has dipped below 40 degrees due to the thermostats not being switched from cooling to heating. This issue needs to be resolved as there are many other lockers that people pay to have climate control and currently they are not receiving that.

Very very unprofessional

I pay to get a drive up storage they charge me and I went there to put my car in the storage and couldn’t find the storage so I call them. It was this girl from Jamaica because there call centers is in Jamaica. I explain to her the situation she say hold on and put me on hold for over 3min and they still could get me a next unit.

After having me waiting and waiting they goin to tell me they can’t find a unit and my money is none refundable I said what really.

I ask how? They said it’s there policy from you paid even if a issue from there end there’s nothing I can do about it. I said I never heard nothing like that before?

They paying these overseas people because it’s cheaper for the company but they are not training these people.

Called customer service so they can send someone out to fix a light that didn't work from day one. They sent someone out and told me they can't fix it unless I move out even though I didn't even have anything in there at the time.
