Savannah was my sales Rep, she was very patient and answered any and all questions that I had about any phone and not just the prices, she really knew the ins & outs, ups & downs of her products! She listened to my concerns with service coverage being the most important for me because of needing the service in rural areas of southern Iowa due to job travel. There was not one moment that she was "high pressure" in my many visits to ask more questions, she always greeted me with a smile and was ready to explain & answer. I had the best experience shopping for a new phone on black Friday!!! Cory was amazing and answered all of my questions to help me find the phone which I LOVE. It was busy in the store, and when busy with another customer I was greeted right away! In the last three weeks I was there 3 times trying to get a new phone. First time, they didn't have the phone in stock, and said he would call me when they came in. He did not. The second time, she put my name and number on the phone I chose and was to call me back in a week to activate it. She didn't. The third time, the first guy took my name and number FOR THE 3RD TIME, and told me he'd call the next day when another shipment came in, and he did not. I will not be back. Horribly...
