Davis County Fairgrounds — Local services in Bloomfield

Enjoyed our Saturday evening there.one of our favorite was the free 5:30 Circus Science Show .Rides ,Corn Box,food,4-H Exhibits, Petting Zoo . We plan to be back next year!

We returned for the 2024 Davis County Fair. Great time! Until we mistakenly chose to stop at the food shop under the Grandstand and Met 'Kevin'( grey haired, mustache, glasses around 70 years old running the register at 2 pm Saturday 7/20/24. I and my 3 grandkids got 4 hotdogs 3 pops 3 bags of chips =$24.50. My oldest passed on pickles at the condiment table on first round. After a few bites decided to return to table for 5 pickles. 'Kevin' proceeded to come stand behind me an tell her Not to return for more pickles cause those are for paying customers. Well. "We are paying customers $24.50".( we were the only customers sitting there) I am the adult, You have a complaint, direct it to me,not a child! You're invading our space during our meal. Making her feel as if she was stealing pickles.and She refused to consume them, 4.All this over 5 pickles? No lie I counted. Plus,if she wants to eat the pickles I and her sister didn't want SO What! So, Yup! 'KEVIN' received all 5 pickles back personally. LOL. hopefully he didn't return those 5 precious pickles back to the container!! The funniest part was 2 of the kids had tshirts with " Be careful what you say to me,my Grandma is crazy & I'm not afraid to tell on you." Printed boldly on front. (No, I didn't turn into a'Karen' returning the pickles after finishing our meal.) Sorry, for any other customers that may have endured this customer service from 'Kevin'. But truly everything else about the 2024 Davis County Fair was great! Lots to see and do. Sure do plan to return for 2025. God bless you all, ...

Great car show. The people showing their cars were awesome. Lots of good practical and technical advice. They even offer to help you do work you're having trouble with. Met the editor of Fairlaner Magazine and had a fantastic hour long chat. Great guy! Can't wait for next...
