To Peggy and whomever it may concern:

I'm sorry to tell you that I am incredibly displeased with the condition of your Cozy Bear Cabin. Upon arrival, we found mouse poop on the kitchen counter, in 2 of the four beds, on a night stand, and in the couch. The pool table had beetles and dirt all over it, as did the window sill. Honestly, I'm not sure when it was that this cabin was last cleaned.

To top it all off, we were greeted by a rude, passive aggressive note from Greg, whom I assume is the grounds keeper. You can find pictures of all these things attached to this email.

The cabin itself is beautiful. The hottub was in great shape and ready for us to climb in, which I appreciate because that's always the first thing we want to do when we get to the cabin. Another plus was all the kitchen gadgets. We loved all the available appliances.

If the cabin was actually clean when we arrived, I would probably not be writing this email. I hope you are able to address this issue for your future...

My niece rented one of their cabins, on Mt Liberty.The outside was overgrown and nasty. We did not sit on the porch or use hot tub due to overgrown. The front door was broken and we had several issues getting in and out. They finally had to bring key to get in through front bedroom door, that was behind a dirty covered porch. Then in the middle of the night part of the electric which went to the two bedrooms cut off , but breakers were locked so we could not get to correct. The cabin stunk and smelled musty , we had to purchase candles to try and cover the smell. We will not use Cozy Cabins...

We absolutely LOVE Cozy Cabins! We have stayed at both Cozy Oaks and Cozy Pines and could not have loved both experiences more! Exceptionally clean. Super comfortable beds. Even the details of the decor were wonderful! It was such a nice bonus to have a hot tub at each as well! Lindsey was super communicative and always available for any questions or concerns we may have had. 10/10 recommend for your next trip to...
