When you pay full price for a couch you expect it to be brand new - not the floor model you sit on at the store. The store admitted they intentionally delivered the floor model, and we argued that we had paid full price for a NEW couch, to which they replied that it would be 2-3 weeks. This was after it took a week for the floor model to be delivered. We used to recommend this place to everyone we knew as this was our go to, but after this, we no longer do and will no longer will purchase anything from here.
