We had purchased a sectional and loveseat, prices were great and delivery was fast however right at a year after purchase we noticed that the finish was coming off one of the seats on the sectional. I called asking if they knew anyone that would be able to repair it, I was told to send pictures and a copy of my receipt to Brad and he would get back to me. He did and stated that they would take care of it and order the cover to replace it and then they would come out and put it on and that it should be in 1-2 weeks and that they would call me when it came in, that was on November 7,2018. I have never received a call back from them regarding this issue. I have had to call every month to check to see if the part is in and I keep getting told that it hasn’t arrived, that it should be on the next truck... Now this is 4 months later and I am still waiting on them to fix something they said they would. Their customer service is horrible, you would think if they had actually ordered the part like they stated they did and were truly having shipping issues, you would stay in constant contact with the customer to ensure them that the issue is being taken care of. When you spend $2,000 on furniture you expect it to last longer...
Read moreHorrible experience. The furniture was junk from the beginning. The love seat mechanism bent within the first couple months. It took them 2 months to get the new mechanism, then they sent a guy out that had no clue how to install and he bent that mechanism trying to do the install. They finally decided to give me a new love seat. The new one shows up broken, I watch them try to fix it in my driveway. Then we finally get one that wasn't broken and the mechanism still isn't right, it hits the frame every time you open the recliner. We also bought a matching couch from them and the fabric has not held up at all. They won't warranty the couch and are saying it was because of our dog when it was not. The guys who came out and accessed the tear in the couch had no clue what they where looking at and they even advised me to make the rip bigger so that the owner would warranty it. I have tried to be as honest as possible and just wanted what I paid for. If I could go back I would definitely go elsewhere. We are not happy with the product or the customer...
Read moreI’ve shopped here quite a few times over the years. I enjoy what I presume to be father and son owners, good service and prices. Having recently purchased a recliner and outdoor furniture set, I was left frustrated by the delivery process. I had furniture delivered from three local furniture stores on the same day, and Longs Landing was by far the worst experience of the three (and coincidentally the only one that charged $50 for delivery). The two individuals who delivered where in a hurry and pretty much took every shortcut possible with assembling our new furniture. The legs on the recliner did not line up as they were supposed to (took some modification on my part to fix) and the outdoor set is loose and wobbly due to only partial assembly (barely hand tight).
I’m sure delivery personnel are hard to find, hire, etc. these days, but given the delivery charge, I’d hope they could attract, train and supervise a better crew. My advice, still a great store to shop, but DO NOT let the delivery crew rush off (and they will) until you have looked...
