6-7 weeks ago I bought a kit without the instructions. She assured me they'd get a copy to send to me. I live in another state. I called 3 times before I got a response. Then said.....they were getting more kits & would send the instructions to me. It's been another 10 days. NO response to my emails etc. $34.00 & no response, no instructions. SHAME ON THEM. NOV 8th.....It's been 3 days....nothing. Yesterday I called and spoke with her husband. He seemed familiar with the issue. Left my name & number.....AGAIN, No response again today. DON'T SHOP THERE. THE SERVICE IS WORSE THAN POOR Update tomorrow !! Nov 9th, I called Bloomington twice. No one picked up, rang till call fell off. Called Gretchen on her cell. Well....1st I've spoken with her ( or any update since the purchase) she didn't get the pattern at the Market so of course didn't "mail them on Monday" I finally got some answers. However....I don't think she had a plan nor any intention of calling me back....ever. I made several suggestions and MAYBE will have a few options. She said she'd call me back in 24 hrs. Will see. Nov 10th....shock. no phone call. She could order a pattern on line & have it sent to me. She's a JOKE ! Her remedy yesterday was....she took the wall hanging down. Like that solved my problem. Nov 14th. Still no pattern. Now she's ordering a pattern on line and having it sent. A "friend " of hers has the pattern. Could she possibly get a copy & EMAIL it to me ?? Nov 15th....still nothing. No copy from her friend & no tracking # for the "online order " she said she placed. It's been...

If you're even remotely interested in quilting... go here! The owners are there to help you no matter your skill level or what your project is. The material they sell is fun and high quality! I personally love the fact that you can go in and use their professional level quilting machine for an hourly rate. What took me years to quilt by hand only took 4hrs! The only thing I can say is that it is slightly pricy... but it's honestly worth every penny. Thanks to this store, I've come to really enjoy quilting and already have ideas for future quilts using...

The store has a huge variety of fabric, pattern and notion options, as well as machines to try out. It was very organized but with a colorful, eclectic charm. The store owner was super helpful in showing me to the EPP section and giving me tips to get started since I am new to that particular type of quilting. Unfortunately I was only stopping in for a quick visit on the way elsewhere, but I would have loved to have spent hours...
