My wife and I were in need of a new couch and recliner. What we had was truly on its last legs. We're new to the area and so googled area furniture stores. We were impressed by the many positive reviews for Thompson and decided to go there. Our experience was great and duplicated what other customers expressed.

Our main objective was to get a couch and we thought we'd put the recliner on the back burner for just a bit longer. Michelle came up to help us right after we walked in. She was exceedingly helpful. She showed us an array of couches, pointing out a variety of features and giving background on different manufacturers. After some time trying different ones we decided on one that worked, purchased it and set up a delivery date. The delivery could not have gone smoother and it was great they took the old couch away.

Our experience was so positive that we decided not to put off shopping for a new recliner. We went back two days later and again met Michelle. She worked us until we found a chair that clicked. We're looking forward to its delivery next week.

My wife and I were planning on ordering one of those "bed in a box" foam mattresses you see advertised but decided to drive out to Thompson's and see what they had beforehand. Sure glad we did. They had an amazingly wide selection of mattresses including memory foam, coil spring and hybrid types at a variety of price points. I assumed the mail order mattresses would be cheaper, but not so. Thompson's had better prices, more selection and quicker delivery than those mail order mattresses. Plus you get to actually try before you buy as all the mattresses are in the store to test out. Very relaxed, no pressure atmosphere too and Mark is very knowledgeable about each mattress he sells. The greatest furniture shopping experience I have ever had. Everyone in the store is so kind and friendly, they don't care what your buying or if you're not.

The furniture selection in this store is overwhelming, and the quality and brands they carry is nothing short of amazing. So if you're looking for some quality new pieces for your home look no further than here.

The last face of the company you ever see and the last impression is from the delivery crew. I could not have been more pleased with the two guys that came to deliver my new living room furniture. They were by far the best I have ever encountered, so careful and considerate.
