5/5 Look of Dentist office Clean office nice waiting room clean dentist area sanitary
2/5 Customer Service to New Patience coming in to the receptionist desk now I'm being generous not to say that I wasn't help in getting what I needed done for them but the level of frustration that they put on new patience and when they want you to get a hold of your insurance to get a card where the insurance is telling them over the phone on speaker that its this card that is combine with your medical card is the wrong card. Now needless to say there are cards that a certain insurance does dish out but this also depends on the company that your work for and how they go about it. Doesn't mean that the receptionist is wrong but doesn't mean that the new patient is wrong either and shouldn't be treated as if they are.
4/5 Hygienist that worked on my teeth for the cleaning was really nice and listen took care of patients stayed away from sensitive areas of teeth that she was informed about/let up when she knew it started to hurt her patient was caring.
1/5 Dentist - Only saw him for 10 seconds and I had questions he was in and out before I could ask the question of the reason why he would like to pull my wisdom teeth. And I don't...
Read moreThe receptionist is not a nice person at all. I have heard her speak to customers negatively on the phone while I was in the waiting room on a couple occasions, and my first thought was "Most people would be fired if they talked to a patient/customer like that!" I called with panic on a 2 month crown that failed looking for help and guidance. Instead, I received that same negative attitude that I had heard in the past. Receptionist was rude, demeaning, and lacked the appropriate communication skills necessary with patients in this setting. After the appointment was complete to fix the issue (doctor and assistant were both professional and courteous), she jumped me on the way out of the door and got in a full screaming match with me! I asked to speak to the doctor, and he came out and talked in private to me, which I appreciated. This lady has had other negative reviews on here and other places as well. 3 out of 5 because the assistant and hygienist are nice, as is the doctor. Good help is hard to find these days, and I feel for the staff here, because the first person customers have to deal with as they walk through the door is this rude lady. Unfortunately it affects the reputation of the office. I personally know others that have discontinued their service here due to this...
Read moreAfter a couple year lapse in visiting the dentist I knew I had to get things in order. I was already aware that I was going to need some work with a particular tooth. This was my first time meeting the team at Ollock dentistry. I had heard many good things about the establishment and am here to confirm that they are all true. I ended up in three appointments total as a root canal was required to correct part of the problem. I dreaded the thought of having this done. However, I was amazed how smoothly Dr Ollock worked through the procedure and took the anxiety out of the equation. My last appointment was a couple of weeks ago and am so happy I chose their group. Another thing to mention is the ease of billing. This is another detail I never like when going to the dentist, the miserable insurance work, file, refile fill out forms etc. I couldn't believe how simple they made this process. Thanks Ollock Dental Group, see you next year...
