Terrible experience. Sold broken stove. Was treated like a criminal when I wanted to return it. Extremely rude and unprofessional. Told me I âused his stove until one I found one I liked more and that after I drove a hour to return it I would get âsome sort of creditâ. Does not stand by his word. Never was able to return it. Was told on 12/23 that my options to return the stove were on 12/26, 12/27 and 12/28. On 12/28 when I attempted to return it, he then informed me my last day to return it was 12/26. Then conveniently said âsorry your 30 days are upâ. He should have never given me the option of three days and then go back on that. Of course the reply here will be âyou had 30 daysâ.
