They used to be really good. Recently they've cut their hours and can't seem to keep up. I called in a refill Saturday and opted to have it shipped. I called Thursday asking where my meds were only to find out they never shipped. The lady on the phone was rude when she explained my meds were labeled to ship but it was "overlooked." If I hadn't called they never would've set them. She also recommended calling sooner next time to make sure they ship. If they had an app or text option it would be easier for me to make sure they complete my refill correctly. There will be no next time. I'm not going to call multiple times for the same refill.
