We had a great purchasing experience but 2.5 weeks after purchasing, our battery on our 2019 VW Atlas quit on us, we were told they would not replace it and that the scanner needed to install the battery was not important (it is Stated in the vehicle manual and from VW dealer that it is needed). After getting jumped and finding the proper scanning tool, we got the battery (which was unmarked) replaced and it was spewing battery acid. The dealer knew we had just had a baby a week after purchase and refused to provide us with any assistance and clearly did not have the vehicle inspected properly before we were driving it off the lot. We also requested new breaks due to them having excessive wear, and the dealer gave us the run around and never followed through with this replacement that was promised at time of purchase. Went to Mustang motors ( from Topeka area ) based on a friends recommendation who's from Blue Rapids. Was told Colby does what's best for the customer and sells good vehicles. We ended up buying a 2009 Yukon that I'd called several times about and did what research I could. Unfortunately the Yukon had issues on the drive home. Colby's been very willing to do what he can to take care of us, but the problem is electronics related/intermittent/ and will likely take some time to diagnose.
