Kudos to Heath for excellent customer service every single time. Blake was our service technician today. He was extremely professional and informative giving us extra tips on our unit. We are still completely happy with out unit and Crazy A/C! 🍀💚🍀

After he presented my husband and I with some different Heat Pumps we were able to make a decision. Cole was exceptionally patient when explaining the difference in the units/warranties, and answered every question we had. I am telling you again, they do not pressure you. It’s just so easy and simple. The entire staff, including Mr. Crazy (lol) are just phenomenal. Honesty, we felt good about this purchase, and so grateful we called them. Crazy A/C Team, we appreciate you! See y’all next Tuesday for our installation, and an update. 04-25-23 RE: Installation Day The Crazy Team showed up as scheduled, with a heads up from Heath about estimated arrival time.
This experience for us the homeowners, was a complete breeze. These technicians were professional, knowledgeable, respectful, and a pleasure to have in our home.
Sales Rep Cole, stopped by to check on the job and see if we had any questions. Cole also reminded us to reach out to him with any questions we might have with the WiFi Thermostat. We are so pleased. We enjoyed our tech team, Bralyn, Bobby, and Seth. Wonderful group of employees. Bralyn is exceptional and on top of everything, he’s like a 1 man gang, all by his self. He never slows down and keeps the job running smoothly. We appreciated the extra time Bralyn spent with us, to show how to work the new thermostat. Bralyn also went over various things including the new silent A/C unit. Shhhh………you can’t hear it running. It’s incredible.
We were so impressed by this company, that we didn’t need a second, third, or fourth quote. We were that confident with this group, starting with Heath and the dear ole “Family Plan,” before we even bought the unit.

Read moreOur central heat/ac system wasn't working properly with the condensor going on and off not meeting the desired indoor climate temperture. Me and my wife decided to call the Crazy AC Guy. Dispatch took some brief information and gave a quoted dispatch charge of $99 to come down to Sherman Texas where we live.
Dispatch inform us when a technician would be out which was in the next hour. In that next hour I got a text Bobby the Technician on his way. Dispatch also called to inform me he about less than ten minutes away from your residence.
Bobby pulled up with some tools and shook my hand and introduced himself. He put on foot socks before entering the house. I showed him the air handler and condensor. Bobby noticed the drain line from the air handler was plugged and needed to be blown with some nitro. Bobby was great and upfront on the cost, before doing any work, which I appreciated. Bobby clean out the line, checked the temperture and air flow. He noticed that it could be better as far as temperature difference. I asked Bobby if he could check the condensor outside. Bobby was more than willing and brought other specialized tools. Bobby noticed that it was a bit low on freon and it cost about $100 per pound. I let Bobby do the work in charging the system. He showed me the improvement after the charge, which was definitely cooler numbers. I was very pleased with the great service Bobby provided. As he ran the invoice he inform me about there Crazy Family Plan! A great value where they come out twice a year and make sure your HVAC is good to go and they wave the $99 dispatch charge as well for $250 a year member fee. I feel this is a great value and it almost pays for itself the two times they come out to your residents. I asked Bobby to sign me up to be a member and add it to my current bill. Bobby gladly also gave me a business card and magnet so I may reach out to them if and when we have another AC or Heat issue. I'm glad I chose and reached out to the Crazy AC Guys and feel I didn't just get a great piece of mind service but a true neighbourly business within the community....
Read moreIn November of 2021, I called Generac regarding getting a generator installed. They recommended a company that never called back. The second company they recommended said they were out of generators, but they recommended the Crazy AC Guy. In the beginning of December 2021, the Crazy AC Guy said that they could install the generator by the end of December. The machine was not finally installed until late February of 2022 after several delays. During this time, it became clear that they had limited experience in installing these machines. Throughout this period, I asked repeatedly if they would honor Generac’s 7-year extended warranty and they said they would. I later discovered that I only had a 5-year warranty. When I asked Generac about this, they said that this was because the Crazy AC Guy was not a certified generator service dealer, which I later discovered was a big problem. Generac would not budge even though I explained that a certified dealer referred me to the Crazy AC Guy. On September 9th, 2022, I emailed the Crazy AC Guy to discuss this, but they ignored my inquiry. A sympathetic representative from Generac called the Crazy AC Guy to review the issue, and The Crazy AC Guy told Generac that they were only contractually obligated to support the 5-year warranty. This was completely contradictory to what I was told verbally, but, sadly, I did not have anything in writing to support my allegation. I was forced to spend another $800.00 to purchase a 7-year extended warranty. The Crazy AC Guy was disingenuous in stating that they would honor the 7-year extended warranty and caused me significant additional expense. Given the installation delays, unethical business conduct, and the additional cost overhead I was forced to incur, I cannot recommend them for generator...
