I bought furniture in December of 2022. The following month the zipper of my couch broke. They came and 'fixed' it. A month later same zipper broke again. Again they 'fixed' it. Two weeks later it broke again! That is 3x the same zipper broke! It's still broke. I paid about 1750 for my couch. The dresser is horrible. I loved the style of the bedroom set (still do!) The drawer of my dresser dragged across the bottom and someone came to adjust the drawer. It was ok for about 3 days. The bottom its scratched up because the drawer dragging over it. The drawer about it yesterday broke completely! It won't close i have to actually lift the drawer to push back in. They are supposed to be self closing drawers. Moving today an hour down the road so I'm sure nothing will be remedied. Paid over 3 thousand for the bedroom set. I could have gone to ashley furniture and paid half the price! I will try to...
