The worker was great but the boss wasn't the best.i have a ps5 that I gave to the worker. He made me pay 35 dollars to get my ps5 in service. The worker said that it was gonna be ready by next week and they also said that they hard the part for my ps5. Next week goes by and they did not have the part to fix it, better yet it didnt even make it to the place yet. That wasn't the problem. The problem was that they didn't let me know. I had to drive from bluefield university around 5 times to just figure out what was going on. By the time they was done, the worker called and let me know. So I drove there and they suddenly told me it was gonna cost 132.84. I was not aware of the high price. There was hidden fees they don't tell you up front. Maybe this is just me, but experience was not great in the least. If you do decide to take your electronics here, be sure to ask them the full price for everything. Because it cost 35 just to have them look at it and then another 35 just to get it out, even if they did not work on it. If there are any cheaper options I would recommend you...

This man came here to fix a water heater. Never was it said anything about an emergency call we ask was did he have time today to come and fix it he said yes. I even told him that a friend had referred me to him. Once the work was complete not only did he charge $160 labor for less than 30 minutes on a $44 part...he charged $185 "emergency service fee". Very dissatisfied with the service this business has. They say they called my business to notify me of the status. But there was no answer or no voicemail set up to leave a message. We contacted them several times. And were told the parts were on order as soon as it was repaired they would notify us. I took them 3 tvs paid them a $25 per tv deposit. And they disposed of all 3 of my tvs. And never called me back to tell me if they were repaired.so they take tvs get money and throw your tv away keeping your money.
