Wallace Wiring LLC My wife called and spoke to Kate who listened to our list of electrical work that we needed to get done. She set up John & Jodi to come out and get an estimate for us. My wife had me feeling that we had called the right company! John & Jody came out and checked out our list and said that they could do the job and that I would soon get the estimate. After hearing back from them, a date was set (June 1). John & Jody showed up on time, they worked professionally and they were so polite! They exceeded our expectations! This was a second visit to bring our garage electrical up to code. I called on Tuesday to confirm the appointment for the following day . I had a text soon after to confirm that David was going to be there by 8 a.m. He arrived on-time and was greeted by my husband and me. He was very polite and introduced himself and went over what he was told we were looking to have done to our garage. He explained what he was going to do to bring it up to code, and the safety issues of having the GFI's in the garage, etc. After laying out his plan of action, we left him to his job. David let us know when he was almost done, and we went to see the garage. All we can say is Wow! The electrical is the best part of our garage now. I'm a real estate investor and I have dealt with a lot of contractors so when I say the office was super friendly and helpful and they had a quick response time I mean it! they called before they came to the house and they replaced a few light fixtures and troubleshooted some Miss wired lights and switches and Outlets.

The technician showed up on time and was clean-cut respectful and knowledgeable.

I like to know how things work and I tend to hover, the technician was more than willing to explain how things worked and why they worked in that way. some technicians aren't nearly as welcoming but he was more than happy to let me hover.

The payment was also very easy and reasonable, they do payments through QuickBooks and they took my credit card.
