Extra Space Storage — Local services in Bluffdale

We've been renting 2 storage units from this location for almost a year now without any significant problems. The staff on site is friendly and helpful and this location is clean and well maintained.

The only reason for my 4/5 rating is that one evening we entered the location through the gates before 8:30pm and were trying to exit the facility at 9:02 pm and were not able to because the gates only allow access until precisely 9:00 pm (admittedly our mistake, we thought we would still be able to exit after 9:00 pm). We called the help number to find out how we were supposed to get out and I think the person on the phone was in another time zone and it seemed as if we woke her up. See was very rude and didn't even want to help us. After about a 1/2 waiting on the phone for her to figure things out she eventually was able to let us out, but she was not happy...

We are heading overseas for about 18 to 24 months and we needed to find a location to store our life's collections of precious memories - furniture, pictures; you know the stuff and being 60 years old means we've more than our share. We also needed it to be located in the local area of southern Salt Lake County. This location for Towne Storage in Bluffdale has a wonderful combination of helpful, knowledgeable people, with terrifically clean, spacious, storage units under climate control. I can't say enough great things about this storage location. We are moving to a new house and needed a unit for about 3-5 months. The facility is brand new and the process of setting up and moving in was super smooth. The location manager is amazingly helpful and really follows through with any problems that arise. The security is top notch and all the units are extremely clean. There are also many different size and environment options to choose from, including climate controlled units for fragile items. All in all you really couldn't have a better facility, I recommend it to anyone in need of this...
