303 Reception Hall — Local services in Blythe

We catered at this place on Sunday 6/2, the Staff were rude and disrespectful. We were told that we could use the kitchen and when we arrived we were told by a Mexican guy we couldn't, which is fine because we are Professionals so we have different equipment we can use. About an hour and half into the Party people were coming up to me asking if the A/C could be turned down because it was too hot. I would direct them to the rude Mexican guy. I was outside frying some food and the same rude Mexican guy goes and tells my wife that we need to turn off the Canisters on the food shafer's because people are complaining it too hot inside. Does this guy really think that a small fuel canister is going to warm up this place. The kicker, my wife had turned them off already because we were approaching the end of our 2 hour service. So my wife tells him that's impossible because 1-a small canister is not going to heat up the place and 2-there already off. My wife said the look of confusion on this guy face was priceless. Just a bunch the rude people, the only one not rude was the Security guy. 6/5- The only ones that were unprofessional was the Staff and as far as being racist, we're Hispanic. I was very unhappy with their hall and service *last minute they charged us more than we were told *they served the food cold *they were extremely disorganized *they were serving drinks to minors *the cake was handed so late and not all cake was handed out. Many guests didn't have cake *We were told they would serve food at 730 and *they actually stopped like at 650. Some guests didn't eat *The DJ didn't play the list of songs we provided to him The screen monitors were off and couldn't play the pictures. *We had a horrible experience and so deeply regret having our one and only quinceañera with them. Antonio and his team are absolutely incredible. We celebrated our daughter's quinceanera with them and it was more then we could have asked for. The planning, food, decoration, service, bar tender, and the DJ was part of our package. We had to worry about nothing. They attended our family ans friends with so much hospitality.
