Rent One — Local services in Blytheville

I had company coming in and I went to rent one and spoke with Brittany and rented a week in advance to when I needed it a full size mattress and box spring time came to be delivered I received a phone call stating that they didn't have a full size box spring and what I like a twin or a queen size box spring instead until the full box spring came in of course I agree because I had company coming in but upon delivery they told me that they would be back to bring the full size box spring the guy that delivered I never received the phone call or replacement for the queen size box spring that had been delivered I felt like this was very poor customer service cuz if you didn't have it in stock which we discussed I asked when I was there I feel they should have delivered the queen box spring and mattress until the full box spring came in and then redelivered so I was not happy with rental service...

I'm very disappointed with blythville rent one I was a first payment default I told them I was going to be late cause I was at the hospital cause my mother was on life support my mother passed away I told them not to call that I was going to bring the product back after her funeral and what did they do call during her funeral So disrespectful I thought after all I did as a employee they would have cut me a little slack and I paid off my streaming box and was they was supposed to fix it for me cause the company went bankrupt and got it back they didn't do anything to it I'm seriously thinking about getting ahold of some of the customers that I sold them to when I worked for rent one and see if they want to go talk to a lawyer with me I paid a little over 200$ for the box and was only able to use it a few months now...

After meeting with the staff at RentOne. I can say wholeheartedly that service was above board and beyond my expectations. They were understanding and caring of my situation and were more than happy to help set me up with a PlayStation 5.
