Smoke in the Hills BBQ — Local services in Boerne

Kelly and her family were absolutely AMAZING! I sampled their food at a Bridal Expo in June 2017 and after scheduling a few caterer tastings, it was clear I wanted to go with Smoke in the Hills BBQ! Even though our wedding was in San Antonio, their prices were FAR MORE affordable than any local caterer I found, even with a delivery fee. I HIGHLY recommend the chicken, my guests would not stop raving about how delicious the chicken was! On top of having fantastic food (their potatoes are delicious!), their service was top notch. Not only did they feed the guests, but also fed our DJ, security team, AND ladies working the snack bar at our venue AND they attended each table for clean up! My groom and I didn't have to lift a finger as everything was served to us! I HIGHLY HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend Smoke in the Hills BBQ - thank you for helping make our day...

Smoke in the Hills catered my friend's wedding this weekend. Not only was the food and beverages fantastic (definitely have their strawberry lemonade!), but they remained onsite for the duration of the event. Instead of disappearing the moment the food service was completed, they were constantly coming through the room picking up empty plates and cups. We were seated right next to where they were serving but didn't even notice when they moved the drink station from one place to another as they made no noise whatsoever. Their staff were all friendly and attentive and the food was fabulous! I only wish they had a storefront location.... I need some more of that...

We have worked with Smoke in the Hills BBQ twice now, both times during torrential rain at our wine club events. Not only is their BBQ absolutely delicious but their entire team is so incredibly professional and flexible. They’re so easy to work with and plan with. The day of the event they set everything up, serve guests with a smile and then clean up at the end, including throwing away plates around the property. Both times they have been out our members and guests have talked in great length about the incredible BBQ.
