Dollar General — Local services in Boggs Township

May.13th approximately 6-630pm.While customer service Jobs can wear on the nerves and get to the best of us with the best patience of a Saint. I personally don't want to hear how you think you are going to lose it , have some respect and decorum and all around customer service skills. There was a elderly lady that pointed out a price at register and what I would assume was the store manager at the time had to void or correct somethings, the elderly lady then wanted a total of some of the things that were scanned to have a ballpark on expenditure this coupled with the bringing of the attention of the miss price seemed to peturb the manager .Has she ever thought that some people or senior citizens are on a fixed income? Couldn't imagine if this was my grandmother or family member🤬. This lady needs to ethier get a new job or be fired because her snitzy attitude is unbecoming of a person that deals with customers daily and this is sad because there are other workers that have superb customer service skills and are cheerful and friendly...

The staff here is kind and friendly, always willing to lend a hand, assisting their guests in order to ensure they find everything they need. The store has a wide variety of products to choose from and I especially enjoy checking out the seasonal trinkets and decor available! There is always a decent selection of products priced very reasonably. However, I implore all to be wary of some of the prices on food goods. Four sticks of butter for 5.75? No thanks! That and the fact that the store needs an interior remodel desperately is why I give this establishment 4/5 stars. Due to the age of the building, the interior is poorly lit and the items available are crammed, thus creating an overwhelming and slightly suffocating atmosphere of disorganization, despite the store being relatively tidy. Beyond that, I favor this Dollar General over several others I have visited and my family will continue to be patrons of this establishment while also recommending...

I stop in at least 2x a week spending $70 or more each trip.last week the cashier (bonnie) had to check my receipt because i was charged 3x extra for diet pepsi and she looked at my receipt and real cocky like said no you only got charged 1x too much finally said oh no it is 3x never apologizing then today she acted like like a im not sure i was putting up my stuff and she started yellubg im open im open not knowing what she meant she was motioning her arms i guess to push then towards her when she was reaching them fine before so i slid one alittle hard towards her and i moreless through the box of ritz crackers toward her.she should not be allowed to treat people that way.Either quit or she...
