The manager there by the name of Josh told my to add a second line instead of assisting her to do an insurance claim ( she had cracked her screen). He falsely told her that her bill would go down with two lines( not to mention she’s on fixed income 73 years old) I call AT&T and was told everything he told he was lying & did it to get commission. Then not only that told her to buy a case & screen protector from them which was $80 ( could’ve got it from Walmart or Amazon cheaper). So I was instructed to return the phone back once we received the replacement device & we did but she’s still stuck with a phone w/o a case due to the phones was different. She spent over $200 plus that day. I’m very upset & angry that he would try to take advantage of the elderly just to get commission.Then he never apologized today when I returned to the store.So watch out for him when visiting the other workers...
Read moreI have been with AT&T for over 20yrs. After several calls to AT&T customer service with horrible results about ready to leave AT&T. We decided to go into the store in Bolivar Tn. Caneisha Cayson (I hope I spelled right) assisted us and was not only able to help us but got us into a much better plan that would save us some money and give us the data we needed. Can't thank her enough for GREAT customer service. I hope AT&T realizes what a GREAT employee they have. Read moreAfter taking my mobile hotspot into activate, the person working there put a Sim card and told me it was ready to go I walked outside turned it on and it would not work. I came back in for some help and he told me I would have to call AT&T I went back to the parking lot set in my vehicle for three hours trying to get it activated. It turns out the guy working in the store had no idea what he was doing and have the account completely messed up.
