I have been going to your farm for many years now. I have always enjoyed the apple cider donuts and the hot apple crisp. My family and I have always traveled over 40 miles just to have the donuts. We believed they were the best around. Today we decided to journey to your farm so our grandmother could taste the donuts. We went into the shop and I ordered a dozen apple cider donuts and some cookies. We went back to the car and opened up the donuts. As soon as I bit into the donut it was raw. I brought them back in and the young girl apologized and gave me a fresh batch. We went back to the car and tried them again this time they were still raw but not as bad. I was so upset so I went back in and I told the older lady that I had just been in and this was the second batch of raw donuts. She gave me attitude and said well do you just want your money back? I said yes please. She said well I don’t know what to tell you I don’t make the donuts. She said she had just tried the batch I returned and told me I’m not sure what you’re talking about they aren't raw. She was very rude. I work in the retail service and understand how it can be. But I was nothing but nice. I’m very disappointed with this customer service and will let you know you have lost a long time customer. I am very disappointed in the customer service I received today. I wish it would allow me to...

I have been going here to pick apples and pumpkins since I was a kid . Now i bring my kids here even though it's an hour drive. I like the ride into bolton and the simplicity of bolton farms. Apples and pumpkins can be picked here in the fall. If you dont feel like rolling up your sleeves and working for them visit the store. At the store there are fresh produce, yummy pies, breads, juices, various foods and nick nacks. If you go sit down outside on the picnic tables and have some apple cider and must try fresh melt in your mouth donuts. There is also hayrides in peak apple...

Went to explore the store with my husband since we recently moved to Stow. We decided to get some food and the girl behind the counter was racist - completely ignored me while I am trying to talk with her, to the point that I had to tell my husband who is white to conduct the transaction since she would not even look at me. I have never felt this humiliated in my life. I am a highly educated professional but being treated like I'm not even human by someone who makes minimum wage who thinks she superior for skin color. I won't be going back...

Certainly a seasonal favorite for apple picking, pumpkins, gourds, and fall goodies (cider donuts, apple cider, assortment of baked and frozen pies, etc.) Farm store and cafe on one side of the road and pick-your-own apple orchard, pumpkin/gourd patch on the other. Great for families. One caveat for the orchard β€” not accessible for physically disabled persons or elderly folks where walking up/down hills is difficult or there is possibility of falling. The farm store is accessible and has parking in front.

This location is TOP NOTCH! It is the ONLY Farm around that is dog-friendly and they even encourage it. When we were there there was a French Bull dog convention. Must have been 200 dogs and their owners spwnding a lot of money there. We really appreciate being able to take our 4 legged family member with us - even on the hayride! All the employees are in a good mood and the food is excellent - especially the cigar doughnuts and apple crisps!
