I just started exercising with The Bolton Club about a month and a half ago in their small group classes and I love it. I wanted to work on my strength but have never been a "gym" person or kept up with a consistent exercise routine. Luckily, the trainers, including the owner, Chris, are so kind and personable and walk you through a program each time you go.
