We came here for a wedding last weekend. While the wedding was beautiful, our accommodations were horrendous. I am still shocked, a week after staying here, that I am compelled to write a review. First, we were given the room closest to the lobby. This was disappointing, but I chalked it up to luck of the draw. We could not open our shades or blinds because anyone in the lobby could look into our room. Secondly, our view was of the lobby and a roof. More importantly, our room seriously was not renovated since the 80's. Aside from an old plasma TV, everything looked almost 40 years old. Most importantly, our 1982 shower had mold growing in the grout. If it weren't for us being at a wedding, I would have raised a huge fit. I am a doctor and know the dangers of mold. I cannot believe that this "resort" charges people to endanger their health. I implore anyone looking to stay at this resort to make your...

We got married here in July and loved having everything for our guests on one property (hotel and special event facilities). We used the outside area for our ceremony, the ballroom for our reception, then the lounge in the lodge for our after party. The ballroom had amazing sunset views that not only made for great professional pictures but our guest had great photo opportunities as well. All of our guests were raving about how amazing the appetizers and dinner was! The staff was attentive to every guest to make sure everyone was happy. Went for a wedding last weekend and had a great time. The views from the reception of the golf course was amazing. Made me wish I knew how to golf just to hang out on the course. The staff at the reception were all fabulous. Very attentive and made sure everyone was taken care of. We stayed at the lodge onsite. A little bit of a walk but not too bad. We actually drove to the reception and back to the lodge but you can walk it if you choose. There is also a restaurant in a separate building between the lodge and the reception hall. Nice place to have a drink when waiting for friends. Again great views no matter where you are. Would definitely recommend...
