Had a really off putting (no pun intended) experience here. Live in the area, and was asked by my brother in law from out of state to check it out for him and his buddies. Went around 8pm as a grab a pamphlet and go kind of deal. I had my dog with me since I walked from home, and was walking around the parking lot (not on the green) to see what amenities they offer (none), when a tall bald older man came out and greeeted me by shouting that I can’t go there (was looking out on a trail) I responded very friendly asking what was down there- he was so insanely rude and talked down to me about how this is a golf course and people were playing golf. It was so flippant and rude, I was shocked, All I did was walk down a road in hopes of finding out more information, not to be spoken down to like trash by someone representing a business. Needless to say I won’t be sending anyone there, instead I will share this experience with anyone familiar with the area and...
Read moreI recently came to this golf course with a few buddies of mine and honestly was probably the worst experience I’ve ever had at a place. The way we were greeted was utterly disrespectful and just simply unprofessional. The moment we walked in the lady gave us attitude and was just being rude. We had called ahead and booked a tee time and when we got there we were blown away by how paying customers were treated. Also to add someone who had nothing to do with our group got in trouble because their parent is a member of the club and saw someone in my group talking to them. To not only treat paying customers like that but then involving members who had noting to do with it is ridiculous. I will not ever come here again or be recommending this course to anyone else. The place is super unprofessional and unreasonable and for “adults” to act this way is...
Read moreBeautiful location just west of Bolton Valley area, dont let the driveway disway you from from heading up. This can be a challenging course with a lot of elevation changes and dog legs leading to a lot of blind of shots, the back nine is much more open and flatter though relatively long. The views are gorgeous of the surrounding Green Mountains and staff is very friendly and helpful. As it was my first time golfing I was given a free greens book to use I the round (the yardage in it is a bit outdated, but the tips and layout are useful). Price is also a good deal after 3 on Saturday it was $74 for two people with a cart for 18 holes. Would recommend this course to anyone in the area looking for a challenging course with some...
