I have been taking my deer to Jolly's for probably the past 10 years, maybe more and I have Always gotten MY Meat back. Never have I experienced getting meat that "Could Have" come from someone else's kill. I know how to take care of my quarry and get it to the locker quick and clean. I don't let it hang in a tree for 5 days before getting it to a processor or processing it myself temp permitting. Their deer sausage is top notch and I would put it to the taste test against that "Other Place" down near St. Genevieve and the cost is much less than the "other place". The gals are friendly, but they are busy so don't expect much chit chat they have work to do, and I've spoken to the gal that runs the place and have her number, and even if it's a weekend or a holiday I can call her and she will take a deer. They only live about 100 ft. from the processing building. So that's a nice thing to take a deer in the cooler even on a holiday. I Really Appreciate That So Much!
