Bought a mattress that failed under warranty so I picked out a new one I even upgraded. I was charged a $75 delivery fee to replace an inferior product that failed under warranty. The new mattress that showed up wasn't the one I choose, I even took photo's of the mattress tags for both mattresses, they where clearly different. I was told I could exchange for the display model at my own expense. The girl working the floor was rude and defensive I could tell she was used to unsatisfied customers due to her dismissive and scripted manor. I went to another mattress store and received free delivery, knowledgeable employees and they discarded my new inferior mattress for $20. The mattress I wanted was delivered the same day. After posting this review I was subjected to lies and bullying in a response to my review. More proof of the unprofessionalism and child like behavior I had to deal with. The reply stated that I had yelled at the employee, anyone who knows me and my character knows that is a lie and defamation of my character. The reply stated I was very happy upon delivery of the mattress I received. Not true otherwise I would not have drove to the store the very next day to let them know a mistake must have been made this is not the mattress I picked out. It also states that a few days later I called the sales girl and proceeded to yell and make "all sorts" of accusations. Another lie. After stopping into the store the very next day after the delivery to let them know a mistake had been made I told the girl that I would reach out to her the following day to resolve the issue to give her a chance to contact the owner. The next day as I told the employee that I would call is when the rude, defensive, dismissive and scripted demeanor took place. After the appalling interaction with the employee I reached out to the owner to let him know that the mattress I picked out was not the one I received and that is when he instructed me to bring it by to swap with the display model which I replied "thank you anyway" and that I had already purchased a new mattress from another store. People who know me know that I am fair, honest, even tempered and never curse and the only thing that gets my goat are liars...

When I arrived I met with Gary, who had a wealth of product knowledge. His prices were very affordable allowing me to buy a quality mattress at a great price. I left with my purchase of a Queen mattress. My daughter enjoyed her mattress so much that I returned to buy another queen size for another room. Some time had passed before I spoke with Gary again at which time I explained to him that I was recovering from a recent hip surgery. Gary offered for me to explore another mattress explaining the benefits of a memory foam mattress. Again, Gary provided me with a price too good to pass up and even provided delivery to my residence! After one night’s sleep on the Sapphire Cool Phase Hybrid mattress I was able to benefit from all of its characteristics. As a side sleeper the memory foam contoured around my hip and shoulder rather than it just resting on a flat surface. While laying on my back the memory foam filled the void at the curvature of my lower back. Thanks to Gary this mattress is a game changer for my recovery! Summer nights can be in the 100s where I live so the Cool Phase Hybrid feature will allow me to be comfortable even in the heat. Read moreThis place is full of crazy. They get your order wrong, after you tell them what you want and they take no responsibility for the mistake they made. We purchased a sectional with lounge chair, we'll we specifically told Sierra that we wanted the lounge on my right hand side. Keep in mind I was sitting on the couch she was standing in front of me. We paid for delivery which was fine, option front door delivery for $150.00 plus tax or setup for $200.00 I think. We chose front door delivery. We'll when they say front door, they mean front door, well it was about to rain so I had to get my husband on the phone to rush home to get the furniture in the house. Well one piece was from the showroom floor which was not wrapped properly thank God we have a garage. We are setting up the furniture and boom, wrong lounge, I called to inform them and they agreed to replace but I had to pay another $150.00 plus tax for delivery. Which was not our fault because the rep does not know that my right is her left, although she wrote it up as right side lounge chair. I just want them to make it right and refund me my 2nd delivery fee for a mistake not of my own. Oh, I forgot, my brother had to help the guy that dropped off the correct chair, take it out of the house, although it was left on my sidewalk outside.
