The Barn at Wilson Farm — Local services in Bonney Lake

I had my wedding at The Barn at Wilson Farm In September of 2021. It is an absolutely BEAUTIFUL venue. Definitely a hidden Gem. There is a barn on property, a wine vineyard, a blueberry field and a large grass area. An added plus, there is also an Airbnb on property. An amazing 3 bedroom home. I rented the Airbnb the night before my wedding for my bridesmaids and I, and the night of the wedding for my husband and I. The house is fantastic, but you will have to go to my Airbnb review for that one! The first weekend it had rained in multiple months was of course my wedding weekend. Jana thankfully let us have a tent set up outside but that was not big enough for our guests, so we had to move all inside. I had about 100 guests plus vendors. And I was able to comfortably fit everything inside. So the barn is very large. There is a few things that did make me rate a 4 though. Jana and Linda are very sweet people. Very accommodating. But, I did feel slightly micromanaged. After my wedding I had come to find that Jana and Linda were on the property the whole duration of the event. They were in their trailer watching over the whole time. That is completely fine, but I feel there should be something in the contract stating that the owners will be there and will be coming inside to watch your ceremony. I was to be out of the barn, cleaned up, locked up by 11. We were, and like I said above I had rented the Airbnb on property. I heard something down at the barn at 11:10 so I went down to investigate. Turns out it was Linda & Jana already checking the barn. The next morning I received a text stating that they saw people using the undesignated smoking area, so we needed to go around and pickup all the cigarette butts. So we did. Which is FINE. I couldn’t keep up with everyone smoking. I am just including that in my review so that people are aware to keep a better eye on that then I did. BUT the day after the wedding my husband came to the realization that he lost his keys. We had to get his car towed from the property and the owners were more then understanding about it. Where in that situation they could have been rude about it. Also. Just a side note, something that the owners could add (once able), is running water inside of the barn. Just a small sink or something along those lines would be awesome. All in all, I would use The Barn at Wilson Farm again. I really loved it there. It was an absolute magical day. My biggest complaint is, I just wish I would have known I had two...

My son and daughter-in-law had their wedding and reception here in August. I truly can't begin to say enough about Jana and Linda as hosts. Jana was great throughout the process...responding quickly to inquiries and requests. The evening before, we were able to set the Barn up for the reception and potential indoor ceremony (as, you know, RAIN). She was available on site to answer questions and offer guidance. I felt like we'd been friends for years! ... she's calm, easy to talk to and has a sense of humor!

The day of the wedding was wet! The ceremony was scheduled for 4:00. At 3:30, the rain stopped and we were able to set up the ceremony space outside. It was beautiful!

Linda pinch hit last minute as our bartender... she was great! Very gracious and kind. She even filmed the newlyweds "get away" as the hired photographer had left by then. Can't wait to see that!

Overall the wedding was perfect. The venue is so beautiful and Jana and Linda are terrific...

This was the most PERFECT venue for our wedding! Jana and Linda were absolutely incredible hosts and our wedding guests are still talking about this venue over two years later. My husband and I will be booking this venue again for our 5 our 10 year anniversary just to have another reception at this incredible location. My husband and I were able to stay in the Air BnB that is on the property and it was the perfect place to stay after our busy wedding. Jana and Linda made this the most stress-free experience, and they were able to accommodate us on short notice. We were actually just at the fair when we heard our names called out and it was Jana and Linda! They remembered us and got to meet our baby, which was so special and touching. We cannot recommend the Barn at Wilson...
