Love this new way of shopping. How many times have you gone into the big box stores to purchase something only to have your salesperson leave you due to distractions? At Box Drop you call Rebecca and set the appointment, once there you are it. The whole time is about you and getting the correct mattress for you. Here is the part I loved, my wife and I went and met Rebecca, purchased a King and a Queen and was back home all in one hour. Men you all know this just doesn't happen in our World. We had everything ready for our delivery and sure as the clock struck 3:00 Rebecca and her husband and partner Gary were there. Not an hour late or even a no show they were there exactly at the time set. That absolutely means something to me. They were there for 30 minutes and were done and I couldn't be happier. My husband and I bought a mattress set from BoxDrop in Boone NC and we both are Loving it! Not only are we very happy with our mattress but are very happy and satisfied with how Rebecca and her husband treated us while were there. We were able to check out every set and options available to us and was never pressured into choosing and buying anything. We were able to take our time while choosing the set we wanted. We also enjoyed meeting them and meeting their children. We were not treated like strangers but were treated like neighbors or someone they knew. When the time comes to purchase a bed for my guest room I will definitely purchase from them at BoxDrop again. I just moved into a new apartment so it has been very chaotic, but Gary and Becca have been so amazing through this whole process! Gary waited and let me look at all the options for a little over an hour, and answered any questions I had. Even giving me helpful advice coming from a dad‘s perspective since I’m from out of state, and my parents weren’t here to help me with the decision-making. The communication was amazing, Gary even checked the weather to make sure it was OK to deliver the couch, and when it was supposed to rain when they were going to come drop it off, he allowed me to change the time of drop off, so my couch wouldn’t get wet! I have no idea how they were able to fit the couch into my apartment, they’re like Tetris geniuses! They even set everything up and Becca made sure the pillows looked cute before she left!
