I have bought a fridge, dryer, and couch set from them. I paid all my payments on time AND paid extra every month. When I called to make my last payment, when they went to subtract the extra $25 I had paid overtime, they ended up adding that instead. So overall I was overcharged $52 for my last payment. When I called to tell them, they offered a credit if I buy something else from them. I declined and asked for cash. Then was only given $25 out of the $52 they overcharged me.
