I absolutely LOVE Pink Paws! We take my Siberian husky, Alexa, there to get all of her energy out 3 times a week! They are always super flexible if I need to change our schedule. They are also extremely adorable and offer packages which is nice with how frequently we take her. We also take her grooming there and they schedule it when Alexa is already there for daycare which adds to the convenience! She always looks so good and has a new cute little handkerchief to show her off! They also do super fun events with the pups around the holidays and provide the option for celebrating your pups birthday! Picked dog up after 5 day vacation and she was coughing to the point of gagging up bile. After she was diagnosed with kennel cough by our vet we decided to let them know. We were met with a complete lack of concern and absolute denial from Pink Paws. We weren’t looking for them to except responsibility as this is common. We did expect them to care about the other dogs currently n their care. Won’t be taking our dog back. My dogs have been going here for daycare and grooming for over a year. First of all, the daycare and boarding is top notch and amazing! We started with 4 and now have 3 dogs…some of them have special needs and situations and they handle it with complete professionalism.
