Forgot half the order on Valentine's Day. Then tried to act as if it wasn't really their fault and that it wasn't really that big of a deal. They said it was left on the front porch which was not true. (it seemed as if they were trying to make a case that the stuff was stolen from the porch.) The flowers were hand delivered and not left on the porch. They did send the rest of the order the next day, but it's not really the same as getting it on Valentine's Day. However this would have been fine and everything Ok because the arrangement was nice but the biggest problem is in how they acted when they were told that they had made a mistake. When they were corrected on the fact that it was not left on the porch but hand delivered, the next excuse was that they had so many orders because it was Valentine's Day. Well you can't mess up on Valentine's Day, you need to double check all orders. We were not expecting a refund but wanted them to be aware that it was a mistake on their part. Apparently they didn't like being told that they had messed up and rudely suggested that we bring it all back in and get a refund.( Yeah that's what we want to do, take away a gift that was given to someone and return it to get our money back.) Read moreVery disappointed! Every year my twin sister from out of state orders flowers for me and my daughter for our birthdays and every time something is wrong! From the wrong flowers to missing the balloon. Staff usually tries to fix it and make it right but why is it every single time? Ruined our birthday for sure today because of someone just skimming the order and assuming the thank you note she left meant a thank you bouquet. Laziness. The original bouquet that was ordered yall didn’t even have the flowers, so why is it available? When my sister called she was automatically asked to be called back and couldn’t even speak but when she was called back she was told just sorry like it was nothing. We get mistakes happen and we always just let it go but every single time is ridiculous. Once she told them she will not be using them anymore she was passed to manager to see how they could make it right. How to make it right was basically just refunded a $6 balloon from a $75 order. Read moreCute shop, nice staff, flowers left a lot to be desired. I was organizing a Memorial for a family member and ordered an arrangement to nestle an urn and a picture in. I shopped online and requested silk flowers. So I fully expected it to be different. Different was actually really disappointing. It did have the lilies and yellow roses that I requested, but it was so bare. I had to hide the arrangement at the back of the table because you could very clearly see the foam block all the way around the thing, I was so disappointed as this was supposed to be a centerpiece for the night and a keepsake after. . I was in a hurry when I picked up. I did comment on how small and asked how I was supposed to set things in it, but I am not the type of person to cause a stink....especially when I'm in a major time crunch. I paid in advance, and for 185 and some change, it was not worth my money and will definitely not be ordering...
