Sgt. Hack and his team at US Wings are Second to None! The customer service is through the roof and the hospitality for being over the phone is exceptional! My first impression of US Wings was extraordinary, Sgt. Hack answered the phone, he's knowledgeable on his products, is very humble, patient, an amazing listener, and he has a demeanor and attitude that can make you confident in a purchase you were originally unsure about.
Now to the product, I ordered Cooper Original™ Cowhide A-2 Leather Jacket. Sarge was 1000% correct when he recommended me to purchase my mil-spec bomber jacket in letter sizes. The jacket fits amazingly and is a high quality and high standardizing for a first time leather jacket owner. The amount of pockets is very helpful and I especially love the hand warming pockets. I am glad I went with the cowhide version, I feel invincible when wearing it. However, if you prefer goatskin or mind the location of the jacket's manufacturing (U.S.) US Wings has a version for you as well. I am looking forward to many winters to come wearing my new and first leather jacket.
Shipping was extremely fast! The shipping team opted for Saturday delivery so that I could get my jacket in a timely fashion. In addition to my jacket, I got a ton of goodies and an item ill treasure and honor, a signed photo of one of America's greatest heroes, Sgt. Hack! It was a stunning surprise and I am eternally grateful for the special items that were completely optional of them to include.

Read moreI ordered an A2 flight jacket on December 30, 2020. It arrived in The Netherlands on February 3, 2021. It was too large and I emailed to customer service about a return immediately. An exchange was unfortunately out of the question, given the shipping costs and customs taxes that I need to pay each time an item is shipped (totaling appr. $200). Also, I needed to pay the return shipping costs including insurance of about $70. I returned the jacket promptly on February 4 with the return slip indicating a full refund of the price of the jacket. I enquired on March 1st whether the jacket had arrived, but I did not receive a reply. Given that I could not trace the shipment anymore, I was afraid it might have been stolen. For two months I waited for the refund. I was worried and phoned with the postal service last week asking about the status quo of the shipment. They told me it had been delivered on February 22. Yet, even though it has been delivered and I clearly indicated I wanted a refund, I have so far not received the refund. I am perfectly willing to pay the $270 in shipping, taxes, insurance, and customs costs, but it is equally appropriate for U.S. Wings to return the money for an item that has been returned in excellent condition. I have not threatened you, I have sent multiple emails enquiring about the status of the shipment and my refund, I am not in the habit of writing negative reviews and I am a certified customer, so what is keeping U.S. Wings from doing the decent and honorable...
Read moreAn amazing jacket... I have been scouring online for a good leather jacket when I came across US Wings. With more research I found that their company was veteran-owned and operated which means a great deal to me. I saved up the money and bought myself the Indy-style buffalo leather jacket (as I am also a fan of the Indiana Jones series of movies) and it was everything I expected and more. The jacket itself has that old-world feel to it that I love and you can just feel the durability of it. The thickness of the leather is substantial so I know it will not wear out anytime soon, heck it will probably last a lifetime of my adventures. Customer service is also important to me when making an investment in a company, and US Wings should be the model of customer service. I emailed Sarge to extend my gratitude for an amazing product, and of course his service to our country, and had a friendly reply within 15 minutes. Amazing products, and a great, all-American company. I am a lifetime customer from now on....
