Not a place for keratin treatment. I had to take a refund because keratin went wrong. My hair were super frizzy after first wash. I still went ahead with my 2nd appointment for haircut and eyebrows to check other services. It was a mistake and I shouldn't have gone. First of all she treated me with disrespect. Apparently she was angry with me from last appointment because she had to refund for keratin treatment. I went there for haircut and she washed my hair with extremely hot water to intentionally damage my hair. I believe she needs to ask first what kind of water(hot, warm, cold) we want. I am assuming nobody uses extremely hot water because it damages hair(especially if the customer had come for keratin treatment a month before). Not a place for eyebrows. I have been going to Aryana's salon for over a year now and have referred several people, including my mom. Both my mother and I have been very happy with Farideh's (the owner) work on our hair. I have had two very sculptured haircuts going from long hair to pixie and now growing out my hair to inverted bob. Farideh has done an amazing job keeping my hairstyle very sharp but also low maintenance. The hair looks just as good with DIY blow dry at home as it does after Farideh's haircut. My mom has had 3 haircuts so far and has been very satisfied as well. Farideh's salon is clean, with convenient parking. She has a very pleasant and kind demeanor, always offers a cup of freshly brewed coffee, tea or water. She has accommodated me after hours and has come in early to work around my busy schedule.
