Due to traffic, teeing off at the first hole was much slower than anticipated. Instead of staggering groups, they let everyone go one right after the other. They didn’t have their Marshall out there moving people along so not only was it already behind, you had groups taking all the time in the world. We had a group of 3 in front of us not teeing off until the group in front of them were completely off the green and they weren’t hitting anywhere near that far. Between the front and back 9, we had time to run to the bathroom, grab food and drinks, and we still had to wait for the next group to tee off. It took us 5 hours to get through 18 holes. When we were done we wanted to hit the clubhouse for the bathroom and to grab something to drink since there were no bathrooms on the course and we have a 2 hour drive ahead of us and they were closed. It was just before 7pm and there were still groups behind us. It was disappointing overall. I also needed to rent women’s clubs from them and they gave me steel clubs that were made for someone that was 6’5”. Also a heads up, their last hole butts up to their driving range which makes it near impossible to find your ball. Not worth the price we paid and not worth the trip...
Read moreI booked this golf outting through Park mgm, the hotel I was staying at. The concierge was able to get me and my buddy at 8 a.m. tee time on a sunday. Which worked perfect for us. We took an Uber about 35 minutes from the strip. The course definitely has amazing views. It's not super hard but also not super easy either. I'm a newer golfer, so this was a great course to play on. We were paired up with a couple that was local to the area, and they recommended this course as one of their favorites. The carts are fully equipped with all the latest digital gadgets, and they even come with a cooler and ice. We had to supply the beer from the bar. The cooler only holds 6 so we had to refill it a couple of times, lol. Food and drinks were reasonably priced also. Buy Six beers get a 7th free, if memory serves me was about $28.00. We are from out of town so the club rentals came from the hotel. Club rental through the hotel was only $50. However, it did not include tee's or balls. We were able to get that at the course pro shop. I do recommend. If you have a chance, I do recommend playing...
Read moreI am extremely disappointed with my recent experience at Boulder City Golf Course. The situation today was unacceptable. Tee times were scheduled only two minutes apart a completely unrealistic and poorly thought-out decision that severely disrupted the pace of play for everyone on the course.
It is clear that maximizing revenue has taken priority over providing a reasonable and enjoyable experience for your guests. This is not the level of service one expects from a reputable golf course. In fact, today’s overcrowding made it impossible to enjoy the game at all.
This is not the first time I have faced such issues at your course. I had previously canceled a tee time due to similar problems, but I gave it another chance, expecting improvement. Unfortunately, nothing has changed — and today’s experience made it very clear that player satisfaction is no longer a priority here.
I will not be returning. I hope your management team seriously re-evaluates its practices before more loyal...
