My husband and I were on a camping trip. He just had a new CB installed in his truck before we left home at a local shop and it was not working properly and in all fairness to them we did not have time to test. We saw an ad in a local paper and stopped by to see if we could set up an appointment to have it looked at. A tech came right out to the truck to look and fixed the problem immediately with a $10.00 part in 5 minutes. No charge for labor. We drove out and both looked at each other and said did that just happen. We expected to hear we have an appointment available in 5 days and will need to keep it for the day to evaluate and charge you $150.00 to evaluate.
