I will never order from this place ever again. I place my order a week or so before Valentine's Day expecting them to get there at a reasonable time. My main Issue was my order had not been delivered by almost 7:00pm I called numerous times before to get some information and no one answered. Understandably it was Valentine's Day I assume they were pretty busy. When I finally got someone around 630 they told me my order had been delivered and they had a sign ticket for it. When I ask her to confirm who signed for the order the story changed to it must be in route and they have until 8 PM to deliver. After trying to explain to the lady my displeasure with the service because no one called to inform me that my order would be as late as I had to continually correct her that I'm not a sir and not a ma'am. She proceeded to call me ma'am countless of times. Even after verbally explain to her I was sick my voice is already light as it is but please don't call me ma'am the person continually did so when I asked to speak to a manager she said she was it. I'm all for giving people a chance but I have to be honest and say this is the worst customer service I've ever had in my entire life. More than just my flowers not being delivered till Valentine's Day was basically over the fact that I kept being referred to in a gender that was not my own was extremely irritating and it goes to show that this company does not care for his customers or even have good listening skills I will never again order from here and I will also let everyone who I can know not to order from here. Nothing was done to not only remedy my issue but not even an apology for calling me out of my name. Extremely upset and frustrated customer. I did end up getting my flowers however they did not even look nice so I'm still...

I'm glad you asked. I used the Yelp app and I found this lovely floral shop with a sweet spirited florist who was very charming, patient, kind & knowledgeable. Her name was Carmena.

She was a delight, truly a godsend because I was in need and she was there to fulfill said need & do so in a timely manner. She gave of her time, she answered my questions and gave advise at my request.

Because of my barrage of questions, she told me to mention her name in the comment section of the order & she'd be sure to get the arrangement together as specifically as I requested. I am a visual person and what I see is what I want.

Carmena was able to deliver beautiful flowers to my mother.

The birthday needs were fulfilled for my lovely mother. The flowers were beautiful. Pricing was fair. My mother was pleased. And this all made me happy.

Yay to Carmena and her staff for making for a lovely birthday for my mom.

I couldn't have asked for a better florist to fulfill my floral arrangement & delivery needs...

I have been using the Pink Orchid for the last two years to send flowers to my Mom on Mother's day. They are the best and far superior to other Florists in Bowie Maryland. How do I know? Being a human, I'm naturally a procrastinator and waited until the day before Mother's day to get anything done. When I Googled and called "Bowie Florists" the day before mother's day, the lady just picked up and said "hello..." and rudely informed me that they were closed until Monday..... 1) why would you waste your time picking up your BUSINESS phone if you are closed, and 2) why a Florist would be closed THROUGH mother's day, is beyond my comprehension as a business owner myself. THE PINK ORCHID, on the other hand, ALWAYS picks up on holidays like this and delivers like Swiss clockwork. My mom is always very happy with her arrangements. I HIGHLY recommend their services to anyone looking for a dependable flower service. If Rockstar was a rating above Excellent, I would have gladly selected that instead. Thank you...
