Any positive review on this company is probably submitted by an employee. My son broke down enroute to Tampa from Orlando. He called Hill's for help. The showed up after about 2 hours and then said they had another job to go to in Orlando, and they would be back. They never came back. He called them several times and got one nonsense story after another. He had a friend drive all the way up from Ft. Myers to pick him up. As they continued their drive to Tampa approx 5 hours later, they just so happen to pass Hills Auto. They pulled into the parking lot and the truck driver was standing there talking with another employee. They all lied to my son and left him deserted a hundred miles from home. If I could give this company zero stars I would. They scammed our family out of an extra $300, holding out car hostage unless we paid in cash. We had an emergency and needed them to tow our car off the road to their lot and keep it there a few days. On the phone the driver quoted us $25 per day to keep it at the lot, which we agreed to. We came to pick up the car after 9 days assuming to pay around 225-250 however they charged us $525 dollars and said there was a tow fee and other hidden fees that we weren’t told over the phone. This is the most unprofessional company I have ever dealt with. We had an accident and they were dispatched by the insurance company to come and tow my vehicle.
