Tractor Supply Co. — Local services in Bowling Green

Tractor supply has always in the past been a great place to shop but recently in Bowling Green Ohio I'm not sure what changed it's almost as if they don't want you as a customer I ask about price matching got a huge run around I ask about a product they told me to wait until they were done with what they would doing in to my surprise that was stocking a shelf I did not wait I left went to a competitor who does price match in actually treated me like a customer listen to what I said talk to me about the product that was interested in made me feel good about spending money could not get that from tractor supply sadly I may find a new place to shop when looking for products that they have I will give them a second chance but I will not go out of my way to go there,,, ,24 May 2022 on my way home I just needed a $3 retaining pin for my tractor he did not see the price for it and the book asked if I would go get the SKU number I told him no so instead of calling for help to get the SKU number he started taking care of other customers just left me in the dark standing there when they opened a second cash register I went to it and they did not want to take care of me because I had nothing in my hands although without trying to buy was sitting on the counter beside him not...

Tractor Supply Company is a misnomer for this place now. Of course they carry tractor parts & accessories but they have expanded over the years to include pet & livestock feed & accessories, clothing, indoor & outdoor decorations, clothing & seasonal toys. During my last trip there, my daughter called with her order when I was only a few miles away. When I arrived, it was nearly complete & it was a rather large order with things from different parts of the store. Since there were people in line at the checkout, they opened another register, looked up my daughter's rewards card number & called for someone to help me load, since it was pouring rain, without me asking them to do any of it. The man who unloaded was very nice & not upset at all to be outside in such awful weather. I have always gotten wonderful service &, if they don't have what you need in the store, they will help you...

Yes, I was along for the ride and the consultation(ha ha). I looked for quality, heavy, durable, ladies jeans for myself. I had gotten a pair her years back (3+/-). I believe they were Schmidt's. TSC no longer carries ladies jeans. There were three, four, maybe five pairs leftovers maybe on clearance. I wasn't sure if the sizes present would work for me, so when my friend was finished with his transaction, I left with him.
