I made my last visit here today, because of this one staff member. I usually stop by on my walk and purchase from this one product category. A few days ago I stopped in and stood at the counter while he just sat there to my left behind the counter staring at his phone not even aware I was there. I had to get his attention to be served. He was not focusing fully on my transaction today because I gave him a $20.00 bill for an $8.00 transaction and he gave me back $2.00. I kindly told him, "Sir I gave you a $20.00 bill."
